I adore this place! We had a very large party for my birthday, and they were extremely accommodating! The hostess was so polite and thoughtful, and the server did a fantastic job and was very patient. The food was excellent, and we loved the atmosphere! Can't wait to come back!

Dietary restrictions: Brother and sister in law are gluten free and dairy free and both found something they love!

This place is so amazing and the staff is so nice and friendly. Right when came in. The chef gave my daughter dough to play with. He was showing her how he was stretching it and just so kind. The food is amazing .!! Noodles made from scratch and the food is so tasty and perfect portions. The price is a very good price and they have a big menu. Will definitely be coming back when in the area. It is not all the time you get great service and great food, especially these days.

Great fresh hand pulled noodles with all fresh ingredients and flavorful broth. Priced fairly for something that will satisfy your belly and possibly leave you with leftovers.
Had the black garlic oil noodles with pork belly, it was amazing, so much flavor and the pork belly was super tender and not overly fatty. My wife had the braised beef noodles and it was just as delicious. Baos are freshly made and served very hot so be careful!!! 🥵🔥😅 Definitely recommend, for either lunch or diner time.
The location gets packed especially during lunch time, but the staff is pretty attentive and keeps an eye out on tables often to ensure you’re not waiting for too long. Since they recently open, everything looks new and clean.

Alright y'all if you haven't tried this place once then think about it. Even if it's one plate/dish I'm sure there's something you can enjoy. I enjoyed the chicken with Orange Sauce the most 😋 though they do have dumpling dishes and they will remind you it does take awhile but it's worth it. My hubby and myself tried the baos known as dumpling soup 🍲 and it's with pork. I'm not a fan but I still enjoyed seeing my partner enjoy. They normally don't have boba tea which is sad but they do have Jasmine tea cold or hot and it's yummy regardless.

In short, 10/10! Details now…the food was so fresh, generous portions, and so delicious! Moreover, I accidentally tipped over my noodle soup bowl All over myself!😬 They immediately came to my aid moved me to a new table and had a fresh bowl in front of me in less than 5 minutes! AMAZING SERVICE! Definitely eating here again and again! Oh, BTW, they make ALL the noodles in house as well as the dumplings and steam buns in front of you! In total we had an appetizer , 3 entrees, and a side of rice for only $52!!!

Excellent service. We were able to see how they make noodles while waiting to be seated. Food was delicious. We ordered Kung Pao chicken, Sweet and Sour chicken, Chicken dumplings, Broccoli chicken, Boba tea and fried noodles. Everything was well seasoned. Noodles had a really nice texture. Our favorite plates were Kung Pao chicken ,Sweet and Sour chicken and of course the noodles. Big portions too. We ended up ask for plates to go. We would definitely come back to sample more plates.

Noodles and Dumplings is really delicious! Ever since they opened one up on the Westside, I have been a fan! I am so grateful that they opened one up in the Northeast (near my home) and this one here near UTEP (near my work). Everything is so fresh and spices are always on point. I always get the Spicy Lan Zhou Noodle Soup with the side of Pork Pot Stickers. As you can see from my picture, it is vibrant, fragrant and filled with flavor. Everything in there complements each other for a wonderful culinary experience. If you have never been here, you should try it out. Seeing them actually make the noodles from scratch tells you how passionate they are about their craft!

We were staying one quick night in town before heading to Balmorhea and found this place had pretty good ratings, so we went to check it out.
It did not disappoint! Best Chinese food I have had since I was last in San Francisco years ago. Reminded me of my childhood Chinese food eateries. Delicious, fresh food, and wonderful service!
No food remained after our family ate there.
Orange chicken, fried rice, and the chocolate bao were awesome. Cute little place with great cuisine. Highly recommend.
